The Process

Let me explain the process to you, as you may be a little confused and disoriented as to what to expect. The process to help you with your legal needs is simple. First, after your arrest, call to schedule a consultation. You will want to contact our offices immediately because you may miss important deadlines, such as scheduling a DMV hearing after a DUII arrest. After the consultation, you will have the opportunity to review the police reports, evidence, and I’ll help you discover your available options. Throughout the process, I will inform you as to the next steps, along with the consequences and impact your options may have on your life and future. Keep in mind that criminal cases take some time to resolve. On average, expect anywhere from 3-6 months for most misdemeanor cases, and 180 days for most felonies before the case resolves. Some cases can take longer due to the severity of the crime, or evidence and investigation issues.
