Criminal Experience

Attorney Baker served as a felony criminal prosecutor, involved at all stages of the criminal process from advising arresting officers and implementing charging decisions to pretrial litigation and jury trial presentation.


Civil Experience

Attorney Baker has advised elected county and township officials regarding statutory compliance, has served as lead counsel in over two-hundred (200) tax foreclosure cases, and represented county agencies in bank foreclosure and probate cases.


Juvenile and Appellate Experience

Attorney Baker has represented the State of Ohio in felony and misdemeanor prosecution of juvenile defendants, and drafted appeals and advocated the state's interests through appellate oral arguments to the Fifth District Court of Appeals.


Personal Interests

Attorney Baker played collegiate baseball during his undergradute career at Grace College & Seminary. He played in ninety 90 career games. Offensively, he had 3 home runs and 26 RBI's in 206 career at bat's, and in his 2017 season, he was a consistent starter with a remarkable .370 slug percentage. On defense, as an outfielder, his career fielding percentage was .943.
