Attorney Zimmerman built a strong foundation in criminal law during his time as a law clerk with the Richland County Prosecutor's Office. There, he worked alongside prosecutors on a wide range of cases, handling tasks like legal research, drafting motions, and preparing case materials for court.
Attorney Zimmerman developed extensive experience in civil litigation while working at the United States Attorney's Office. During this time, he helped prepare and litigate medical malpractice cases, False Claims Act cases, personal injury cases, and other complex civil matters. His work involved conducting in-depth legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting in case strategy and settlement negotiations.
Outside of his legal practice, Attorney Zimmerman is an emotionally abused Cleveland Browns fan and a competitive board game player, participating annually in the World Boardgame Championships®. He is dedicated to fitness, frequently spending time at the gym and enjoying a quick game of pickleball. Attorney Zimmerman also gives back to the community by volunteering with The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland and judging students in the American Moot Court Association competition hosted at the College of Wooster.
